BUT THOSE INVESTMENTS FIRE UP THE REALISATION OF A SIMPLE IDEA

FRESH-HOT-DELICIOUS

Just Faster.

It all begins with one simple idea: solving a real problem.

For us, that problem is time - and how to respect every customer’s time by making great food faster, easier, and smarter.

Inspired by the automat, a self-serve food technology first introduced in 1885, we have reimagined an old idea for a new generation. Upgraded to meet today’s Food Safety Standards and customer demand for speed, convenience, and safety, it now takes shape as Australia’s First Self-Serve Food Truck.

Old technology. New Technology. New purpose. No waiting.

Crunchy’s is starting a new life

2022 & 2023

For more than a decade, Crunchy’s has been known for waffles, desserts, events, smiles, and sweet memories.

We served what many called the best waffles around. We created desserts people came back for. We supplied our batter and dough mixes to others who wanted to bring the Crunchy’s taste into their own businesses. It was a beautiful chapter - one built on hard work, long days, loyal customers, and a lot of love.

But every strong brand has to know when it is time to evolve.

From 1 September 2026, Crunchy’s will leave the waffle and dessert chapter behind and step into a completely new life.

The brand lives on.

The concept changes.

Meet the wild lovechild of street food and vending machines.

Crunchy’s is launching a new food truck concept built around speed, technology, freshly cooked hot snacks, and self-service convenience. It brings together the energy of street food with the efficiency of automated vending - serving hot, finger-lickin’ snacks at lightning speed.

No long queues.

No complicated ordering.

No waiting around.

Just roll up and:

Choose. Pay. Eat.

Our first new-generation Crunchy’s food trucks will launch in Brisbane, with the concept then roll out into Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.

At the same time, we are opening the door for entrepreneurs across Australia who want to be part of this new movement.

This is not a franchise. We grant licensing.

There are no compulsory food purchases from us.
There is no percentage of turnover payable to us.
There is no traditional franchise structure.

Instead, we are building a group of like-minded operators who want to implement the same concept, use the same technology, follow one clear strategy, and grow under a shared vision.

The opportunity is designed for entrepreneurs who want to operate independently, but not alone - people who believe in smart systems, fast service, strong branding, and the future of automated street food.

Crunchy’s is now open for Expressions of Interest across Australia.

We are looking for people who see what we see: a new way to serve hot snacks, a new way to reduce queues, a new way to bring food to events, busy locations, schools, workplaces, and communities.

The old chapter was waffles.

The new chapter is fast, hot, smart, and unmistakably Crunchy’s.

Choose. Pay. Eat.
